Shipping Details & Policies

All cookie orders, are packaged/boxed up and sent express shipping via Express Post, with tracking details provided

As a rule, we generally only ship on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, (except Melbourne, where we also offer express shipping on Thursdays) to ensure when the cookies delivered to you arrive at their freshest, and aren't left sitting in a distribution warehouse over the weekend.

Sydney - 1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post

Brisbane - 1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post

Darwin - 1-2 business day fulfilment, 1-2 business day post

Launceston - 1-2 business day fulfilment, 1 business day post

*We dispatch orders Monday-Wednesday. We do not ship orders on Thursdays (only in Melbourne) or Fridays, to ensure your order arrives as its freshest.

**If you place an order after 10:00am Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

****During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day) our fulfilment times are 1-3 business days, plus shipping time.

If you are not home to receive your package, it will be left it in a safe place, unless there is not a safe place to leave your package (in which case your order will be taken to a local collection point for you to collect). 

All cookies delivered are packaged in a sealed express shipping mailer boxes for safe transport, however we can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order.  

If your order is delivered unattended, we take no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to environmental factors. If the weather is warm, and you have opted to have your parcel left in a safe place, we suggest you please leave a cooler bag/esky for your order which the delivery driver can place your bundle of deliciousness in. 

Note: It is the responsibility of the sender to send the parcel to an address that is:

a) attended upon delivery; or

b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery. 

If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on weekdays, or consider sending your parcel to a parcel locker. 

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel being marked as unable to deliver or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.

Whilst we have sent cookies overseas, cookies delivered internationally is not something we offer as a standard offering at this stage. This is something we will look to offer as demand continues to grow.

Please note, during December there will be an additional 2 business days allowance for order fulfilment. We will endeavour to have the cookies delivered, via express shipping as quickly as possible, noting you should allow 1-4 business days for fulfilment, plus postage time. 

Christmas cut off date in Tuesday December 17th. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive before 25 December.
