Frequently Asked Questions

Given our cookies are baked fresh, we generally only ship out on a Monday, to Wednesday (Thursday also for Melbourne), to ensure that your delicious cookies, aren't sitting somewhere in a warehouse over a weekend before being delivered to you. 

Given we ship via Express Post/Courier, orders generally arrive to you within 1-2 days of leaving us. All orders will be given shipping details for you to track.

Well, that depends on how/where the order is! 

As we fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we cannot always offer changes to your order. If your order has already been packaged up and printed/allocated for shipping and fulfilment, we can not make any changes to your order.   

As long as your order has not shipped yet, shoot us an email at info@doughjocookies.com with your order number and request and our team will endeavour to accommodate, where possible.  

Allergen Advice: We strive to use only the highest-quality ingredients in all of our baked goods, including organic and free-range ingredients where possible.

We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen where we use wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, so they are all present due to shared processing facilities. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk.

Given our cookies, are baked fresh with no preservatives, we advise that they're best enjoyed within 7-10days, shelf life at room temperature - but stay fresher longer, if sealed in an airtight container &/or refrigerated. 

If you think it’ll take longer than 2 weeks to consume, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, to extend shelf life. Then when required, thaw back to room temperature. Cookies have a 1 year frozen or a 6 month refrigerated use by date. 

Note: For a baked fresh and gooey experience microwave the cookies for between 12-15 seconds!

Absolutely ! ... We have gift cards available in $50, $75, $100 or $150 amounts as standard, with the ability to add a customised note - perfect for birthdays, Xmas, Get Well Soon, Valentine's Day, let someone know you're Thinking of Them, or just a last minute gift.

Whilst we have sent cookies overseas, this is not offered as a standard offering at this stage. This is something we will look to offer as demand continues to grow.
